Terms

  • The wedding package  above is valid from 01st January 2011 until 31st March 2012
  • Additional of Banjar Fee is required if there is an entertainment and/or total invitees more than 30 persons (currently at USD 350 nett/event for up to 100 persons and USD 650 nett/event for more than 100 persons)
  • If Fire Works is applied the Banjar Fee supplement at USD 150 nett/event
  • Wedding package prices are subject to 21 % local taxes and service charge
  • Wedding package and other prices are non commissionable
  • The wedding packages are valid for all market exclude Japanese market
  • For Sunset slot time at 5.30 pm, a dinner Reception must be taken for at least 20 persons
  • Reception Dinner lasted until 10:00 pm, more than these hours will be charged USD 250 nett / hour and is only valid until 24:00 pm
  • There is no booking is confirmed until received a Confirmation Letter from The Ritual – PT. Bali Indo Wedding
  • The booking will confirm when the deposit is received 50% from the total amount

  • Valentine on February 14th , 2012


ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  1. Weekend Surcharge (Saturday/Sunday) Sunset Slot Time (17:30) at USD 250 nett/event
  2. Weekend Surcharge (Saturday/Sunday) for Serenity Package at USD 100 nett/event
  3. Entertainment Entrance Fee at USD 250 nett
  4. Wedding Cake Corkage Fee at USD 50 nett
  5. Tea Ceremony Corkage Fee at USD 25 nett
  6. Tea Ceremony Package at USD 250 nett for 40 persons service at Lobby Lounge or Marquisa Café
  7. Pre Wedding Photo Package at USD 350 nett for 2 hours outdoor photo and powder room for touch up
  8. Powder Room at USD 75 nett / room for 2 hours used prior to the ceremony
  9. Bridal Day Suite at USD 125 nett / room for day used during the event (2 hours before the ceremony until 30 minutes after the event finish)
